You should know:  Even though we don't have a brick and mortar retail location, you can be sure of our high professional quality. We take this seriously, so make no assumptions. Our chocolates are handmade and packaged at a licensed facility that caters to growing food businesses like ours! Refund Policy:  If you are dissatisfied in any way with any of our perishable products, please contact us at within 7 days of delivery and we will do what we can to make your experience with Luxx Chocolat a pleasant one!  No refunds. Only store credit will be provided.

Shipping Information:  You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We do require 1-2 days to process your order before we ship as the chocolates are not mass produced or mass packaged. We can ship products anywhere in the United States using the shipping method of your choice. Packages are shipped Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday to ensure the best quality chocolates arrive at your destination.

When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax. Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.
Important Information: Getting your chocolate to you as fresh as it is the day it’s made requires that we use extreme care. During periods of warmer weather, we may upgrade your shipping to Express shipping for an additional charge and we do unfortunately have to also charge an additional handling fee per package to cover the cost of cooling materials. We want your chocolates to arrive in perfect condition. We need to try to avoid melted chocolate! Therefore we cannot have packages in transit over the weekend. These orders may be held until the following Monday. So please do not select a Ship Date that would allow the package to be in transit over the weekend. For example, if your package is shipping Express (2 days), select a Ship Date of Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday only. Standard packages can always be shipped on Monday for arrival by Friday.
