About Luxx Chocolat: Lisa Mecray Rogers, Founder and Master Chocolatier at Luxx Chocolat, believes that chocolate should be both a feast for the eyes…as well as a sensational and pleasurable full body experience that lights all of one’s senses on fire. Luxx Chocolat xquisite artisan chocolates are created to be decadently delicious works of art that truly move people. Luxx Chocolat truly offers a unique and moving taste experience, an escape from the ordinary. Lisa was named as one of the 2013 Best Chocolatiers & Confectioners in America.
Lisa graduated with honors from the acclaimed Ecole Chocolat Professional School of Chocolate Arts in Vancouver, British Columbia and continued her quest for improved techniques and experience by becoming a Maitre Chocolatier after attending the famous L’Ecole Du Grand Chocolat at Valrhona, Tain L’Hermitage, France. She has also completed intensive course work at the French Culinary Institute in NYC.
About Winerium: Debra Marchese, wine maven and founder of WINERIUM LLC, is formally
trained as a pharmacist but found her passion to be the alchemy of wine. Debra
is committed to demystifying and translating the complicated world of wine to
make it a simple, memorable and fantastic adventure. Debra earned a BS in pharmacy at the University of Pittsburgh, School
of Pharmacy and holds the Diploma in Wine and Spirits from the internationally
renowned Wine and Spirits Education Trust (WSET), London, England. Debra is
currently pursuing the prestigious Master of Wine (MW), a professional
designation held by only 25 experts in the US.
